Myles Christian Turner (born March 24, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played one season for the Texas Longhorns before being selected by the Indiana Pacers with the 11th overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft. Turner spent 10 seasons with the Pacers, reaching the 2025 NBA Finals in his final year with the team. Standing at 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m), Turner plays the center position. He has led the league in blocks twice in his career.

Myles Turner on Pacers fans booing him: "It was disheartening, man. It was frustrating. You know you give 10 years of your life. Your blood, your sweat, your tears. You take pay cuts. You survive trade rumors. You try to do everything the right way and sometimes that stuff shakes out. It's cool. I take it on the chin. I think a lot of people will say that I said things, but I think a lot of people want to formulate their own narratives and spin it to whatever they want it to be. It is what it is, man. You take it on the chin and you move on." Giannis on Turner: "To be able to come here in Indiana, for their all-time leading block leader to be booed, for sure it kinda hurt. But we are here to pick him up, tell him how much we love him and respect him and we understand how much he gave for Indiana, and how much he is willing to give to Milwaukee. He's a great, great person. Great character, great competitor. He gave everything he had - blood, sweat, tears, his body - many times on the line for them. So anybody that was booing him today, just think about yourself. Put yourself in that position and you're in a job for 10 years and you decide to make a move for your family, for yourself, because you have different goals, different aspirations for life. And then you go back, and your coworkers and your boss is yelling at you and booing you. You are like, 'What the hell?' I know it's sport, I understand. But, It is bigger than sport. I don't think he's going to say it but he’s gonna go back home and he’s gonna be like, ‘OK, 10 years just went down the drain.’ And that’s not fair for anybody that gave 10 years to the game and 10 years to the Pacers. All the booing and all that, it was just me trying to show camaraderie, encouragement to my teammate, which if you really think about it, four, five months ago, he was blocking my shot, pushing me on the floor. I'm here, I'm not booing him. I don't hate him. It's complete opposite. I respected him when I played against him and now that he's my teammate, it's a lot of love towards him."
