At the end of the 2022-23 NBA regular season, we’ll look at basketball shoe statistics. During this season players have chosen between many different basketball sneakers. We want to share the results with you.
First of all, we would like to introduce Top 5 basketball players who has changed sneakers the most times. Montrezl Harrell is the Sneaker King of the NBA – he played with 45 different basketball shoes. P.J. Tucker is in second place with 22 different sneakers, and the third place belongs to Tyrese Haliburton, who has changed his basketball kicks 18 times. Daishen Nix with 16 and Jose Alvarado changed his shoes 15 times.
During this season Donovan Mitchell (wearing adidas D.O.N. Issue #4) and Damian Lillard (adidas Dame 8) each have a 71-point game in 2022-23, leading the NBA for the most points scored in a game this season. Ivica Zubac grabbed 29 rebounds in a single game wearing adidas Dame 8. James Harden had 21 assists in a single game wearing adidas Harden Vol. 7. De’Anthony Melton (wearing Converse All Star BB Shift) had a season high 7 steals. Brook Lopez had 9 blocks wearing Nike Zoom Freak 4 and Immanuel Quickley was 55 minutes on the court in the single game wearing Nike LeBron XX!
2022-23 NBA regular season players chose between 317 different models of basketball shoes. Compared to last season, players played with 315 different sneakers. The most popular basketball shoe by players choice was NIKE KOBE 6 it has been chosen 1766 times, while NIKE PG 6 was selected 1620 times! This year’s surprise NIKE LEBRON XX took third place – 1604 times NBA players chose to play with them.
