Tyrese Haliburton is leaving a lasting mark on Oshkosh North High School athletics with a multimillion-dollar gift funding major upgrades—including a new scoreboard, video board, and revamped weight room. Back in his hometown, the Indiana Pacers guard announced the gift while hosting his second annual free basketball camp for 200+ kids and helping dedicate the school’s Frank Schade Fieldhouse. Haliburton, who won a state championship there in 2018 and celebrated another big title this summer, has a photo of his high school championship team displayed courtside alongside a banner honoring him as Wisconsin’s Player of the Year. Even sidelined rehabbing from Achilles surgery, Haliburton remains deeply connected to Oshkosh North, and showing pride in the place where his hoop journey began.
